AlphaQS provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution specializing in quantity takeoff and construction cost estimation using Artificial Intelligence (AI). We continuously update and improve features to provide the best experience for our users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the software for intended purposes and not to upload content that violates laws, contains malicious code, or infringes on third-party rights.
4Intellectual Property
All content, source code, algorithms, designs, and technology of AlphaQS are exclusively owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works in any form without written permission.
5Limitation of Liability
AlphaQS is an AI-powered estimation and calculation support tool. While we are committed to providing the highest possible accuracy, you (the engineer, contractor, or investor) are ultimately the decision-maker and solely responsible for your bidding estimate dossiers and actual financial decisions.
